Eating and preparing food, in particular pastries, are the great passion of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne EHL graduate. Her long-standing experience as a marketing and PR consultant (SPRV professional register) led her to set up her own company called a.b.e.r. relations.
After completing her BA in Communication Studies in Winterthur, where she focused on journalism and organisational communication, Nora worked for several years at renowned PR agencies geared towards the food and lifestyle industries. Nora's passion for food and, in particular, for people provides her with the perfect base for her activities at SWISS TAVOLATA.
The qualified accountant was enthusiastic about SWISS TAVOLATA from the off. After spending several years in the Customer Service division of Zurich Zoo and completing further training as a tourism and event specialist, Rahel is able to fully contribute her communicative and organisation skills to our order management and administrative activities.
