The Spring Fair BEA in Bern will take place from May, 4th to 13th 2018. This year you can find SWISS TAVOLATA in the "green centre" of GalloSuisse. Four SWISS TAVOLATA hosts will be cooking egg dishes for visitors at the special show "The Swiss Egg is the Biggest". They will also promote the new SWISS TAVOLATA and LandLiebe cookbook "Zu Tisch bei den Landfrauen". Because both SWISS TAVOLATA and GalloSuisse stand for regionality and Swiss indulgence.
