In the middle of Zurich, 7 minutes walk from the main train station, we offer our culinary highlights for guests Tavolatas from our Fusion Kitchen in Europaallee. Our creations are put together at the highest level of sustainability and biodiversity. Our products come from natural and animal-friendly production without fattening, castration, and mass animal husbandry. Our animals and garden produce are almost exclusively Pro Species Rara. Fish products come from domestic aqua farming production which also benefits sustainability. Let yourself be taken on a unique journey with high enjoyment, visually and tastefully.
Our dishes can be offered vegetarian upon request for each course. The majority of our wines are Swiss organic or Demeter quality.
We welcome individuals, couples or small groups to dine with us. We are happy to fulfill additional requests upon inquiry.
On Friday or Saturday evening we create an 8-course menu for a maximum of 8 people using products from our Freudental Hof and Saved Food. The Tavolatas start at 6 pm; we are flexible with time for groups of 8 people.
A menu costs CHF140 per person including water and an apéritif drink.

Thomas Disch is a male farm housekeeper with a professional qualification. He is proud to be the first male farm housekeeper with a professional qualification! After 30 years as an IT specialist, he fulfilled his childhood dream at the age of 50 and completed an exciting training course to become a farmer. He learned many important things about food, ecological living and preserving rural culture. Now he tries to close the cycles again in beautiful Freudental, act according to old traditional knowledge and raise animals and plants in an appropriate and natural way.
He gladly passes on his appreciation for honestly and naturally produced food as well as their processing and preservation methods to interested people. He looks forward to showing his guests around our farm with various ProSpecieRara animals and plants, serving them delicious meals made from our own products at our cozy farmhouse table.
