The guests of Anita Z`Rotz feel at ease as they take their seat at her large table in the newly constructed barn where they enjoy a wonderfully uncomplicated evening. The food is served from bowls and platters – and you can take as much as you want! The lovingly prepared menu ingredients are sourced from the farm's own garden and from the farms of friends in the local region.

If I can also use my own produce from the garden, the whole experience is even more fulfilling. My motivation is to get my guests interested in healthy and natural produce which arrives fresh at the table and is produced in a resource-friendly manner.
