The trained cook and service specialist runs a suckler cow farm with her husband Markus in the beautiful Bernese Oberland, between Frutigen and Adelboden. At the same time she is completing her training as a professional farmer. From spring until autumn the cows are on the alp. There, about 10 minutes by car from Frutigen, Katharina and Markus have just built a traditional pasture hut with a beautiful view of the valley. From summer 2020 Katharina will also offer tavolatas for groups up to 20 persons in this hut.
Katharinas cooks her fine menus with meat from her own farm and, depending on the season, with salad and vegetables from her garden. Small menus and brunch are also available on request.
